David was excellent to work starting at the first phone conversation. He promptly met me at a listing I wanted to see. He researched the property and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything about working together and what he was going to do as the realtor. He was not pushy and did not try to rush me into purchasing just any house. He took his time and we looked at several properties. David was patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Once we did finally find the right house, David worked with me and explained each step. We recently decided to buy a house after years of renting. Not knowing much about the process or where to begin we reached out to David Greiner.

David was incredible, he met with us to go over everything and explain the process to make sure we were ready and comfortable with going forward with our house hunt. He Took detailed notes on what we wanted in a house and was enthusiastic the entire time making the search fun and stress free.
